Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock counts, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts (training provided) and pallet jacks.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation and punctual attendance record.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling merchandise and data entry.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
