Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock organization.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets safety standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation and be available for overtime.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Attitude: Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new processes.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
