Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely, ensuring all freight is handled with care.
- Pick and pack orders accurately to meet daily shipping targets and quality standards.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse aisles for easy access.
- Operate material handling equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) as trained.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
