Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick items from shelves and package them for shipment according to company standards.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and performing regular stock counts.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork for shipments and inventory logs accurately and timely.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable method of transportation to and from work.
