Responsibilities
- Perform efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders using warehouse management systems.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Operate scanning equipment and verify product information before shipping.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
