Responsibilities
- Execute accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders using RF scanners and WMS systems.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory safely.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace at all times.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during designated shift hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
