Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with a focus on speed and high accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (training provided upon hire).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain stock organization.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or discrepancies.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and workplace regulations strictly.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively for logging data.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating overnight shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid ID and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
