Responsibilities
- Perform daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance and operational flow.
- Assist in inventory control, including cycle counts and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime when needed.
