Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from the warehouse floor according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Utilize RF scanners and handheld devices to ensure accuracy and inventory integrity.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks safely using proper lifting techniques.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or education required—training is provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic reading and computer literacy (ability to operate a handheld scanner).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work shifts.
