Responsibilities
- Safely operate electric and diesel forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with 99.9% accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform routine safety inspections and maintenance checks on all forklift equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff regarding inventory status.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and quality control measures.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator Certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and navigating uneven surfaces.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
