Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using various equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise for accuracy according to customer orders.
- Operate inventory management systems to track stock levels and movements.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Assist in maintaining proper labeling and documentation for all shipments.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
