Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely operate material handling equipment to load and unload trucks and containers efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Scan, track, and verify inventory using RF scanners to ensure accuracy and prevent loss.
- Packaging: Properly package and label items for shipment, ensuring they arrive safely and meet company standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders to meet tight deadlines and high volume targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Skills: Basic math skills and ability to read labels, safety instructions, and work orders.
