Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts, stock rotation, and cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and update records.
- Assist in maintaining proper labeling and documentation for all outgoing and incoming freight.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required; training available.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
