Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship products accurately to meet daily production targets.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical issues.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner using proper safety equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but training is provided.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
