Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all quality control standards are met.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Load and Unload:** Perform manual labor to load and unload trucks and freight containers in a timely manner.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliability: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, as needed.
