Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high attention to detail and minimal errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Operate inventory management systems and scanners to update stock levels in real-time.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
