Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods: Safely move pallets and boxes using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records in the system.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and report any issues with warehouse machinery or safety equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace protocols.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus but we will train the right candidate.
