Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move products within the warehouse.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and speed to meet daily production quotas.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with strict safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Load & Unload:** Assist in loading and unloading trailers and delivery trucks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and overtime as needed.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in both data entry and physical handling of goods.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
