Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory quantities against purchase orders and ensure accurate data entry into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Assist in organizing stockrooms and ensuring efficient storage of goods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (if required by role).
