Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming freight accurately and efficiently.
- Package, label, and prepare orders for shipment using appropriate equipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and within OSHA guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, safe, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills and computer literacy.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license (not always required for indoor roles, but beneficial).
