Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy inventory safely and efficiently.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying quantities and accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and compliant with OSHA standards.
- Prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery, ensuring all documentation is correct.
- Perform daily inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8-10 hour shifts.
- Basic reading and writing skills for scanning labels and reading tickets.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but preferred for logistics roles).
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
