Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, verifying labels and documentation.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with monthly inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in strict accordance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Valid forklift certification (will train if no experience).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
