Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with accuracy.
- Conduct inventory counts and manage stock levels efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse management systems and scanners.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are followed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning and labeling.
- Reliable transportation to the Detroit location.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification if necessary.
