The Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations. You will ensure inventory accuracy, maintain a clean workspace, and uphold the highest safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport merchandise using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily productivity goals.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse management system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic Math Skills: Proficiency in reading labels, measuring, and basic arithmetic for inventory accuracy.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced team environment.
