Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and containers using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect and organize inventory in compliance with warehouse protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records via warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Perform routine warehouse cleanliness and organization tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
