Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers, pallets, and boxes efficiently and accurately to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and according to protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and document accordingly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Scottsdale facility.
