Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and mentor staff on safety protocols, equipment operation, and inventory management
- Implement lean principles to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate inventory records
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient logistics execution
- Resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Ability to obtain forklift certification through our paid training program
- Strong leadership skills with experience directing teams
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
