Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, ensuring daily productivity and safety compliance
- Implement lean inventory management systems to optimize storage and reduce costs
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including shipping/receiving and quality control
- Develop training programs and performance metrics for warehouse personnel
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational KPIs
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory software
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training credentials
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proven track record in process improvement and cost reduction
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
