Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks and shipping containers using forklifts and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and correct documentation.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid forklift certification (Class A or B) is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Attitude: Must be punctual, reliable, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
