Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers safely and efficiently using appropriate equipment.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as required.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Assist in inventory management by tagging and labeling stock correctly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Physically able to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer skills (experience with WMS is a plus).
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
