Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks, pallets, and conveyors using provided equipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory efficiently.
- Inspect shipments for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Organize stock in designated areas to ensure efficient retrieval and inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to maintain accurate stock counts and records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning and counting inventory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license (not always required, but a plus).
