Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and shipping containers with speed and accuracy, ensuring cargo safety and integrity.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided for certified operators).
- Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas to maintain efficient workflow.
- Perform daily safety checks and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Package and label goods according to shipping guidelines and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and operational quotas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or logistics is a strong plus.
- Basic math skills required for inventory counting, labeling, and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
