Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count, tag, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory to maintain stock accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Demonstrate proficiency in operating warehouse equipment (training provided upon hire).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare orders for shipping, ensuring packages are correctly labeled and ready for dispatch.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free work environment at all times.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Equipment Access: Must be willing to use company-provided equipment (Forklift/Pallet Jack).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
