The Role
As a Warehouse Loader, you will be the backbone of our distribution center. You will ensure that products are moved safely and accurately, maintaining our high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using provided forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify inventory accuracy against packing slips and shipping manifests.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory stock rotation and organization.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
