Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and containers using manual equipment and forklifts
- Inspect and verify incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
- Maintain organized inventory records and warehouse systems
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Uphold strict quality control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
