As a Warehouse Loader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly. We value reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing freight accuracy by counting and inspecting items against packing slips.
- Organize and stack products in designated storage areas to maximize space efficiency and prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety regulations and 5S practices.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counting and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and shipping goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must have the physical stamina to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
