Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload merchandise onto and off of trucks, pallets, and conveyor belts using proper equipment.
- Pallet Organization: Stack and organize pallets efficiently to ensure warehouse safety and optimize storage space.
- Inventory Accuracy: Assist in inventory control processes by accurately logging incoming and outgoing stock.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as required and trained.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage before loading and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling inventory and tracking shipments.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Valid ID: Must possess a valid government-issued ID and be authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
