Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks, pallets, and shipping containers efficiently.
- Verify accuracy of orders by scanning items and checking labels against work orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely and according to protocol.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management by stocking shelves and organizing stock rooms.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of shipments.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and experience with barcode scanners is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
