Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and trailers efficiently using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Sort, organize, and stage merchandise according to shipping manifests and floor plans.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure damaged or incorrect items are reported immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse workspace at all times.
- Operate scanning equipment (RF guns) to track inventory accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and shipping documents.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
