Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload trailers, ensuring cargo is properly secured and protected from damage.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy against packing lists.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, with precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Label, sort, and stage packages according to delivery routes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50-75 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with RF scanners is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver’s license (Class C) is required.
