Responsibilities
- Load and unload products from trucks and conveyances safely and efficiently.
- Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling before storage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse floor at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies (OSHA guidelines).
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is preferred.
