Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Implement and monitor strict safety and compliance protocols in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Manage inventory levels, conducting regular audits to minimize shrinkage and optimize stock placement.
- Oversee loading, unloading, and transportation logistics to ensure accurate and secure handling of goods.
- Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to resolve shipping issues and meet customer delivery deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A/B/C) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and foster a positive, safety-first work environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
