Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers and trucks efficiently using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming inventory against packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Organize stock in designated warehouse zones to optimize storage space.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to manage stock rotation and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and checking.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (we provide training).
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
