Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Loader, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. Your duties will include:

- Safely load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against invoices and purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas to maintain a clean and efficient warehouse.
- Operate scanning equipment to update inventory management systems in real-time.
- Perform routine maintenance on warehouse equipment and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock management.
- Forklift certification is a strong asset but willing to train the right candidate.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
