As a Warehouse Loader, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations. You will ensure that merchandise is handled with precision, loaded onto vehicles efficiently, and stored correctly. We value hard work, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and pallets safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy against packing lists.
- Organize stock in the warehouse to maintain optimal space utilization and safety.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily throughput targets and deadlines.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for qualified applicants.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and inventory tracking.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team setting.
