Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport merchandise to and from designated areas safely.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading for accuracy.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) following all safety protocols.
- Package, label, and secure goods to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure workflow efficiency and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload pallets, boxes, and bulk materials efficiently.
- Inspect products for damage or defects prior to shipment.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts using scanning equipment.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and proper lifting techniques.
- Keep the warehouse aisles and storage areas organized and clear.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
