Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Packing: Properly pack and secure products to prevent damage during transit.
- Inventory Management: Assist in scanning and verifying inventory accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with a diverse team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory checks.
- Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from work.
