Job Overview
As a Warehouse Picker, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently to meet our customer's expectations.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Utilize handheld scanners (RF guns) to verify inventory and scan items.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Load and unload trucks and pallets safely using material handling equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
