Responsibilities
- <li>Load and unload inbound and outbound merchandise safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.</li>
- <li>Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies and report any issues immediately.</li>
- <li>Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas to ensure optimal workflow.</li>
- <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.</li>
- <li>Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.</li>
- <li>Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding equipment operation.</li>
Qualifications
- <li>Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.</li>
- <li>Strong physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.</li>
- <li>Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and tagging.</li>
- <li>Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.</li>
- <li>Willingness to learn new equipment and safety procedures quickly.</li>
- <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.</li>
