Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists and ensure accuracy.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse areas to maintain an orderly facility.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and equipment care as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) on concrete surfaces.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime when scheduled.
